How can I place an order for home delivery?

Delivery terms and conditions

Orders placed the day before a bank holiday or the weekend will be processed on the next working day and delivered within 24/72 hours from the dispatch date at your home address. Cold chain requirements will be strictly adhered to for certain items. No Saturday deliveries, unless expressly requested by the customer. Additional charges apply.

Important! Check the quality and condition of all items delivered to you before accepting them. If your items are badly dented or you find any serious defects, please use the comments section on the delivery slip to describe them, and send us a photograph to comercial@caviarderiofrio.com.

Where we deliver

We accept orders from mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and EU countries. To place an order from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the EU, please contact us by using the contact form you will find in the “Contact” area on our website. Shipping costs

  • Mainland Spain: Free shipping on orders over €200. For orders under €200 a flat rate of €12 applies.
  • Balearic Islands: Free shipping on orders over €500. For orders under €500 a flat rate of €30 applies.
  • Canary Islands: Please inquire about shipping costs and terms using the contact form you will find in the “Contact” area on our website. You can also call us at +34 958322621 (Monday to Friday, 9-2 and 3-6).
  • Ceuta, Melilla: Please inquire about shipping costs and terms using the contact form you will find in the “Contact” area on our website. You can also call us at +34 958322621 (Monday to Friday, 9-2 and 3-6).
  • Portugal: €30.
  • France: €40.
  • Italy, Belgium: €90.
  • Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg: €95.
  • Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Ireland, Finland, Greece: €100.
  • Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria: €105.

Method of payment

We accept the following methods of payment for orders and shipping costs:

  • Credit card: To pay with a credit card, please follow the instructions on your screen. You will be asked to provide the following information:
    • Credit card number
    • Expiry date
      Our electronic payment system is part of the Redys e-commerce payment gateway. Any information we collect from you for payment purposes will be SSL encrypted (Secure Socket Layers) to ensure maximum security of your data.
  • COD: You may pay for your order on delivery. An additional 3% surcharge will be applied on your total order amount (Spain deliveries only).
  • Bank transfer or payment into the bank account number sent to your email address once the order has been placed.

Our Visitor Centre and shop is located at Avenida del Río 8, Riofrío. Our business hours are 9-3 (Monday to Friday) and 11-3 (weekends).
