Bluefin tuna tartare and caviar

Receta de tartar de atún rojo y caviar | Secretos | Caviar de Riofrío

Ingredients:

  • 150 g bluefin tuna tarantello
  • 100 g avocado
  • 3 g kimchi sauce
  • 5 g sesame oil
  • 10 g Riofrío organic caviar

How to make the tartare:

  1. Cut the tuna loin into 0.5 cm x 0.5 cm cubes.
  2. Cut the avocado in the same way as above.
  3. Put the tuna and avocado into a bowl. Add the kimchi sauce and sesame oil to flavour the mix.
  4. Serve on a plate shaping the tartare with the help of a rectangular plating mould. Top with the caviar.
