Omelette and caviar

Recipe for omelette and caviar | Secrets | Caviar de Riofrío


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch Alma de caviar
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 g. caviar

How to make it:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk and Alma de caviar and continue beating until obtaining a homogenous mixture.
  2. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Wait for a few seconds until the omelette is set and very carefully turn it over until both sides are brown.
  3. Add the caviar on top.
  4. Serve warm.
