The Caviar Riofrío team is very proud to have received the Spanish Food Award for Organic Production from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
< p>Through this award, we are recognized for the work carried out to produce, offer and disseminate quality Spanish food, as well as for its contribution to the development of the Spanish food sector.That is, without a doubt , the task of our small company from Granada with international projection and which was acquired by the new Spanish property in 2019. The commitment is clear: maximum care of the sturgeons, the origin and traceability, as well as the sustainability and excellence of the caviar.
The MAPA has assessed that Caviar Riofrío is a pioneering company in its sector, the first in the world to achieve organic certification for sturgeon and caviar production, and also the first in Spain to achieve organic production certification of trout.
