For this reason, we have taken the utmost care in the shipping and delivery process of our products, selecting the best logistics and transport companies on the market.

Likewise, with the same objective of ensuring maximum satisfaction with your purchases and so that you do not have to wait to enjoy our products, we offer delivery of your order within 24/48 business hours throughout the national territory for standard shipping (except for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, where this period is extended to 7 business days).

Our product stands out for its quality. To guarantee this and maintain the necessary storage conditions, orders verified from 12:00 p.m. on Thursday onwards will not be prepared until the following Monday in order to ensure the quality of the products during transport.

The User may benefit from free shipping from a certain purchase value, depending on the destination, always associated with the standard shipping service:

For national purchases over €120,

• Shipping is free under standard shipping conditions.

For national purchases with an order amount below €120:

• Standard shipping costs are borne by the user and are calculated from a table based on the variables of weight and shipping destination.

Below, we show the different shipping costs by type of service and order value, depending on the destination and the estimated delivery times associated with it. Prices are including VAT:

These timeframes may vary depending on the lack of stock availability of items included in the order, as well as specific high-activity periods such as the Christmas campaign. Compliance with the published delivery times is therefore not guaranteed. Under no circumstances will the amount paid for express shipping (or standard shipping on orders under €120) be refunded in the event of a delay for orders placed during the Christmas period, between December 1 and January 6.

Due to warehouse operations related to order preparation, all purchases made after 12:00 p.m. will incur an additional day added to the delivery timeframe. During high-activity periods such as the Christmas campaign, these preparation times may also be affected due to the high volume of orders.

Deliveries will be made on business days (excluding Saturdays), and the timeframes shown refer to business days and not calendar days.

Customs clearance will be assumed by the recipient at the time of purchase in the online store, never at destination.
